Introduction Well I'm currently in college at Northwest Missouri State University. I'm majoring in early elementary education. I have three amazing nephews who are growing up way to fast! I am the proud owner
of an English Bulldog named Lambeau she is 9 months old and adorable lol. I've been a racing fan for a while it stared with some amazing friday/saturday night racing at the local dirt tracks and
as I grew up I expanded to Nascar too. I try to make it to Kansas every year but hopefully I can get some more races once I graduate and become a big kid haha Lets see ok favorite drivers 1.
Kasey Kahne 2. Kyle Busch 3. Denny Hamlin 4. Clint Bowyer 5. Elliott Sadler ...there are a few drivers I cant stand and if you stick around long enough I'm sure youll figure it out.
My hobbies I'm a huge football fan, the Green Bay Packers to be exact. I've been a Packers fan since the day I was born lol and I wouldnt change it for a thing. Other than that I love to draw and paint
anything creative really, I love to be outside, and hanging out with friends. Love meeting new Nascar fans!
That's funny that Lambeau tried to eat her costume....did she get any doggie trick or treats? It's amazing what they have for pets these days. I've been to the Three Dog Bakery and they have really elaborate cookies and other cute treats for dogs. How is your week going? It was nice to have Tuesday night off from class...the only thing I didn't like about it was that it made the week seem longer, if that makes any sense. Every day seemed like it should be a day later! Oh well it's Friday tomorrow, so that's good! I hope you are well; happy Friday and have a great weekend!
I'm glad things are good with you....they are okay with me too. I have a test tomorrow in my class and then I don't have my Tuesday night one, yay! My teacher gave us the night off. Thanks for the pic of Lambeau in his costume, he looks adorable. I can't really tell whether he's happy about it but he's still wearing it so that's a good sign. I'm surprised you didn't dress him up like a Packers player--although it would probably be difficult to get him to wear a helmet. How was your Halloween? Mine was pretty good; I handed out candy to trick or treaters at my folks' house. I slept most of the day yesterday, I guess I needed it. Have a great day and enjoy the race!
Carrie,You are welcome for the add back, and also thanks for the compliment on my sight. I really put a lot of time in to it. Yes I do have a nephew named Dylan and he is 7 years old. He just loves Nascar and his favorie driver is Jeff Gordon, I cant sway him I already tried, ha ha ha ha. He has a older brother and a younger sister. Have a great day.
Aww, I didn't mean to make you jealous........hopefully he will be back to Missouri soon and you can see him the next time. I really hope that I will get to talk to him the next time he comes. As you can see, I was very close to him when he crossed the street, that was surreal. I was irritated though that the picture came out blurry...the men on either side of him were in focus, but not him! Yes, he was very cute in person, just as much or more so than his pictures. I'm glad you got your group project out of the way....did you have someone who wasn't doing their part? I think we did okay on ours, I guess we will find out next week. It wasn't too painful; we were able to email each other and keep on track that way. I hope you are having a great week; talk to you again soon!
I figured you were probably busy. I have not been on IP as much either for the same reason. I'm glad to hear that things are calming down for you. I'm doing a quick post before class, I'm turning in a group project tonight and I think we did well on it. I'm glad it's over. I put a couple of the Kasey pics from the signing on my page if you want to check them out. Talk to you again soon, have a great day!
Wow, you had an eventful weekend! I'm glad that everything turned out all right though. You really covered some miles there--all the way to the Burg and then to Lees Summit--I'm glad her grandpa is better now though. That's cool that your team won too and that generally people were nice to you. You never know how people will act when you support the visiting team. That's one great thing I have heard about Packers fans, they don't get hateful or anything to fans of visiting teams. Did you have to call AAA for the flat tire? I'm glad you were able to laugh about it and that you got home safely....I know I would have been pretty frustrated. I don't mind at all that you told me all the details of your weekend--always feel free to share. It's a very interesting story. I have been missing from IP for a week too. My weekend was busy as well, I went to a baby shower on Saturday, watched the race with my dad (at least until he got too sleepy) on Saturday night, and then met some friends who came up for a soccer game and went to church and out to lunch with them. I had Monday off from work, but I was still busy and my class was still in session....I was sooooo tired when I got there. I had to have two cups of coffee before class and I spilled some of the second one on the counter of the convenience store. I felt stupid because the guy that was working there was really cute. If I ever get married I won't win the guy with my gracefulness, that's for sure! But I stayed awake, so that's the important thing. I tried to get back on IP on Wednesday night to catch up with everyone, but it was so slow that I gave up. But thankfully it is working well tonight. Well, I hope your week is going well and that it is not as eventful as your weekend. I got my test back, I did about as well as I expected and the class as a whole did not do as well as last time. Some of the questions were confusing to people and he took pity on us and gave us a few extra points to our final score, and gave us the opportunity to ask questions, which was cool. Now we are moving on to a new topic, which I'm thankful for. Well, have a great Friday and weekend, and I will talk to you again soon! Is it cold up there? It was 39 degrees here this morning--I had to scrape my car! I'm so not ready for this! Talk to you soon!
Thanks for the invite and the kind words. I really do appreciate that. Have a great weekend as well, so long as it don't involve Kasey and Stewart repeating this past May...
