I have so much going on this week that i have to finally take the time for my comments in the early a.m. Amie had dance this week after she gets back from Holiday World with her friend. Let alone her and her school friends and her new friends she met at camp are going to spend the day shopping over in Terre Haute. Rusty is meeting with his friends on Tuesday and Thursday. He also made a whole new set of friends at camp and they are meeting on thursday with Amie and her friends (imagine that). Rusty and Amie spent the week last week at church camp. All i had time for then was good summer cleaning and playing with the littlest one. Well, don't go crazy with no race on this coming weekend. TTFN Robin

"Obviously, this is a huge day for me," Stewart said. "This is a huge turning point in my career, obviously. I'm very proud to announce that myself and Joe Custer with the Haas CNC team have merged and now have formed Stewart-Haas Racing. That's where I'll be next year and, hopefully, for the rest of my life and my career in NASCAR racing. Haas CNC purchases engines and chassis from Hendrick Motorsports and also receives technical support from the organization, a relationship Stewart expects to continue. "Obviously, when Haas CNC Racing started, having that ability to tap into the Hendrick resources I feel like has given this team an opportunity to close a huge gap," Stewart said. "You don't get to where a Hendrick operation is overnight, and having the resources available to us and having these resources available long-term are very, very key at this point.
