Introduction
My name is Jennifer and I live in Des Moines, Iowa (born and raised). My Birthday is May 29th. I graduated from Roosevelt High
School in 2003.....Go Roughriders!!! I work for a credit card company here in Des Moines. I work in the Statement Processing side of out site (we handle all damaged statements from the floor and
process the reprinted statements in our department) as a Operations Assistant. Yes, those pesky little inserts you get with your statement, there is machines and people that put those in every
month....lol. I just celebrated my 2 year anniversary with the company in March. My family and friends are the most important things in my life, racing too....I don't know what I would do without
it . My friends are awesome!!! if we ever have a bad day, a troubled boyfriend that needs to be put in his place, or just need a shoulder to cry on, were always there for each other, no matter
what. We're always causing some kind of trouble where we go---LOL, but most of the time we get laughed at because we act crazy. Love seeing new movies being released and just driving around town
with the stereo cranked up. I'm actually getting them all addicted to racing. They didn't understand why I'm such a huge fan until I had them watch the Bristol night race a couple of years
ago.....now, they're all turning into fans. My room is covered with new Jr gear, but my favorite pieces are: My Jr frame that has a picture of him at the start/finish line for the 2004 Daytona
500 with a piece of his tire from his car (numbered piece); My picture of Dale Earnhardt standing in Victory Lane when he won the Daytona 500 with a piece of the track (numbered piece), my
autographed picture of Dale Jr with a piece of metal from one of the cars that he raced last year; Picture of Dale Jr standing in Victory Lane after the Gatorade Duels with a piece of tire from
his car (numbered piece); Picture of the National Guard car crossing the finish line at the Budweiser Shootout with a piece of the track and tire (numbered piece; and last but not least: my
signed Budweiser hat that Jr signed at the Iowa Speedway. I have this in a cabinet with all of my Dale/Dale Jr diecasts and collectibles from Daytona this year. Jr was here while he was still
with DEI and they had a event called "DEI Test Fest". It's was exciting and sad at the same time because that was the last time that us Iowa fans got to see Jr in #8. I hope in the near future
that he will bring along his new teammates and have a Hendrick Test Fest . I am a member of Jr Nation Crew; been a member since 2003. Now enough about me, I'm sure all of you are wondering what
is in Iowa? When I go on vacation, they think all we have is Corn, Cows, Pigs, and Soybeans...that's not true, we do have a few cool things here in Iowa. We have three major colleges: University
of Iowa....GO HAWKS!!!, Iowa State, and University of Northern Iowa. And then we have Drake University, our law school. Our state is beautiful...when you get out to the country, it takes your
breath away. We also have the Iowa Speedway (designed by Rusty Wallace...us Iowans love what he did for us) that will have the following circuits: ARCA RE/MAX, IRL, INDYPro, USAC, USAR, USST, ASA
Late Models, NASCAR East/West Division, NASCAR Grand National Series, Rolex Daytona Prototypes and MOTO-ST. I'll be going to all the races this year with my family....I can't wait. And, maybe Jr
will bring his new team and crew to the Iowa Speedway for testing . Then there is the Knoxville Raceway, the Sprint Car Capital of the World (our famous Dirt Track). Tony Stewart has been here
a couple of times with his driver, but I didn't get a chance to go. I grew up watching Dale; loved his driving and racing skills; I miss seeing that black # 3 on the track. Dale Jr is my main
driver, but I also cheer on for: Casey Mears, Tony Stewart and Kevin Harvick. #88 IN 2008!!!!!! Daytona Was INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Seen all of the races except for the trucks....it's all
good though. Oh, I did get to see Jr and the crew go into Gatorade Victory Lane for the Duels. The smile on Jr's face was good to see again. Even his crew was smiling ear to ear. When they were
backing out Jr's car to take it back to the garage area, I yelled "Great job guys, keep it up!!" They all looked over and smiled and kinda laughed. OMG, I am so keeping my seats and will be going
back every year.....and it's going to be put in a living will. Every NASCAR fan needs to go to Daytona once. Between seeing the drivers, the fan zone, getting to see the Gatorade Duel winners in
Victory Lane----and last but not least Jr!!!!!!! LMAO. It's something that I will never forget, until my next exciting race LOL . My co-worker where I work, is going to get tickets for Bristol

"Citizen Soldier" by 3 Doors Down
My hobbies Love to watch the Iowa Hawkeyes in Basketball/Football. GO HAWKS!! Cheering on for all my favorites every weekend and spending time with my family(cookouts, bon fires, tailgaiting, camping). My
friends and I love to go shopping, watching movies and making each other laugh. My favorite Vacation spot is in Colorado (around the Ft. Collins, Loveland, Estes Park area). Make sure you make a
stop at the Rocky Mountain National Park, you will get a lot of great pictures. My parents and I have been going out there since I have been 4 years old. This year I wanted to stay at the Stanley
Hotel, one of the most haunted hotels in the US, but I will be staying in the hotel for one night next September with my friend out in Colorado. While taking a tour (about 2 hours), I was
snapping pictures and caught some interesting stuff. I'm doing my own reasearch right now on them and soon I will be emailing them off to the guys from Ghost Hunters to see what they think. I
have a couple of friends that want to get into the paranormal field and do so investigations. So, while I was at the mall with my co-worker, I found a book on haunted locations here in Iowa. We
have planned to drive out on a friday after work and investigate at least 3 locations in one weekend. I'll keep you updated on this little adventure and maybe even post some pictures.....all you
have to do is ask. One stop that you have to make in Ft. Collins is The Budweiser brewery. It is the coolest thing you will ever see (Hopefully I will have pictures posted of these 2 locations
and other pictures that I have). My dream is to move out to Colorado and run my own hotel someday or even live in a cabin up in the mountains. My dream vacation would be to go to Hawaii, Alaska,
Ireland or Australia. My favorite TV shows are: How I Met Your Mother, The Class, NCIS, CSI, Ghost Hunters, Unique Whips and some shows on SPEED including Back In The Day with Jr, NASCAR Raceday
and NASCAR Now. Love watching scary movies every now and then--okay, I could watch 'em everyday (now, y'all probably think I'm a little weird) I also love comedy movies and chick flicks. My
friends and I love to go see new movies that catch our attention (with commercials), most of the time they are awesome. The rest of the time, it wasn't worth our money. I listen to all types of
music....everything from Country to good Classic Rock. This is going to sound bad, but right now I'm saving up for my new car: a Dodge Charger--Daytona Edition. I know, I know, your thinking she
is a fan of Jr's but wants to buy a Dodge. Well, ever since I've been little, I have grown up around Dodge and right now I do have a Dodge. Once I seen this concept, I knew that this would be the
car for me. But, if not this car--it would be a Monte Carlo or a Impala for sure. I have everything all picked out when I'm ready to buy. All black and chromed out on the outside with a kickin'
sound system on the inside

Well looks
like winter is here. We had freezing temps last night and it's only 48 at 1 pm here today. I'm still battling this nasty crud that's going around here everywhere. Can't belive that Thanksgiving
is next week! Christmas will be here before we know it. Got to get my shopping finished up soon. TTYL, Virginia

Just stopping by to say hi. Hope things are good your way!!! Things haven't been going to well my way, I think I'm coming down with the flu, and on top of that my grandma fell and broke her hip
