Easy Pasta Salad
2 cups rotini pasta, uncooked 2 cups fresh broccoli florets 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup sliced black olives 1/3 cup KRAFT Light House Italian Reduced Fat Dressing 1/4 cup KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 2 min.; drain. Place in medium bowl.
ADD remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Cover.
REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled.

Add about a cup of cauliflower florets, and some sliced cucumbers,, maybe a little shredded carrot for color,,,,,,, oh, and I dont boil my broccoli, you need a little crunchy in your salad too, ok now im done,,,

Tri color pasta and garbanzo beans would be awesome in that! as well!

I use the tri-colored pasta (cooked eldente) and add....black & or green olives (sliced thinly), pepperoni (cubed), jack cheese (cubed), tomatoes (cubed), and a good 1/2 to 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese. After that I add 1 bottle of Italian Dressing and mix altogether. Put in refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.
You can also add any other veggies you like - A good replacement for the pepperoni would be genoa salami.
I use the tri-colored pasta (cooked eldente) and add....black & or green olives (sliced thinly), pepperoni (cubed), jack cheese (cubed), tomatoes (cubed), and a good 1/2 to 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
