Pennsylvania 500 Viewing Party

When: Sunday, August 3. Race broadcast begins at 12:00 p.m., green flag drops at 1:00 p.m.

Where: Fox and the Hound English Pub & Grill, 4320 E New York St., Aurora (Rt. 59 and New York St. - by Best Buy).

This event is open to all ages and is being sponsored by the Chicago Area ONMC Local Chapters.

Appetizers including wings and chips will be provided.

In addition to watching the race, we'll have fun games and raffles to raise money for the NASCAR Foundation!

We will have an early bird raffle when the command to start engines is given, so make sure you arrive before then!

Please RSVP by Wednesday, July 30 so we can have an accurate headcount for the food.

I was thinking about doing the garage tour when I go to MIS in August, can anyone tell me if they think it worth it and how long are the tours?
Which day would be better, Friday or Saturday?

On April 6th, 2008 my 8 year old son and I will be walking in The NASCAR Foundation Track Walk at Texas Motor Speedway to raise money for Speedway Children's Charities and The NASCAR Foundation.

Speedway Children's Charities provides funds to organizations that meet the direct needs of children. From mentoring programs to camps for special needs children, they best affect children's lives by supporting organizations that work tirelessly to see that children's needs are met and that no child is left behind regardless of illness, social environment, or disability. The NASCAR Foundation supports over 30 driver, team and track charities. The Foundation will use the strength of the sport and its people to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most. I've just heard that I'm free to take the boys for the weekend, this will be our EASTER as they were at their Dad's and my relatives in the Ft. Worth area will just have to work around our schedules...we should beat traffic and be in town Friday night...by supper time...
