Please say a prayer for my grandpa.

Hey everyone.... my grandfather, Angelo, is 84 years old and in the ICU with pneumonia. We were told that he should not have recovered as well as he did four years ago when he had a stroke, but he was a trooper and got back to some kind of normalcy. At this time he is breathing with the use of 60% O2 and would not be breathing so well otherwise... It is all in God's hands, and I can only hope that he does not suffer. It killed me to see tears in hi eyes when I told him I would be back in the morning. This man has been my father figure, and the mold for what I hope to find in a husband someday. Men like him are few and far between... Hard-working, honest, fun-loving, gentle, loyal- I could go on and on. Thanks for your time!

Thanks for your thoughts and prayers guys!!!! His O2 levels were up to 95 from 81... they took the mask that forces oxygen into his lungs off, and gave him a regular mask. His kidneys are stable per the specialist... now if we could get his lungs to clear, get him to swallow and cough... then we could be closer to gettin him home.

Thanks for all your prayers... my grandfather passed away this morning at 9:04 a.m. We had been with him four hours prior, and received the call. He passed in his sleep, at home with his family.

Thank you very much... the hard part will be this weekend for the funeral. Like my aunt said... times like these will show what a family is made of- we will either be divided or united. At this time.... we are united. Both my grandmother's and grandfather's families will be present.
