ABOUT ME

Introduction Hi, my name is Natalie and welcome to my Infield Parking Page!! Wipe your feet and C'mon in!! I'm the board director at Dale Jr.'s Brew Crew Site, which is a wondeful site!! I am a huge sports fan and obviously I'm a huge Dale Jr. fan!! I am from PA, and one time Jr. was only like 5-10 min away from my house at an appearance at the Budweiser Brewery place near my house....That was pretty awesome!! Also, I got to talk to Jr. on his XM UnRestricted Live Call-In show 3 times in 2007 and also got to chat with his buddies, Josh Snyder, Steve Crisp, and Mitch!! Talking to them, especially Jr., was absolutely fantastic....I got called frisky the 1st time and friskier the 2nd time, haha!! It's so much fun getting to talk to them, it feels like you are talking to a bunch of friends you've known for years!! Make sure to listen to his show every week!!!! I've gotten the chance to do some pretty cool things, like sing a mini duet with Country music legend Randy Owen, from the group Alabama!! Check out the pics of that in my albums!! Finally, just an fyi, if you diss my boy, Dale Jr., we have a problem!! Same goes for JoePa and Brett Favre!!

There's a picture of Joe Pa on daylife.com and it has him being handed a bouquet of roses from the Rose Bowl rep who was at the game. If you go there to look at it, type Penn State in the search bar. Yay! Penn State moved up to 6th!! I think that either one or two from where they were, and Texas Tech got the whoopin' of a lifetime last night. Ok, gotta run, talk to you later!! WE ARE PENN STATE!!

I had to work so I didn't get to see the game, however my Mom taped it so maybe I'll watch it tomorrow evening. I heard they played awesome and Joe Pa said he'd be back next year. And he is already making plans to make it happen...see the look on his face?? I would like to wish all drivers a safe and eventful race at Homestead on Sunday. My friend Diana (Mattyk) is helping me once again post to all of my friends as it is still a little trying for me to do it myself. I have lost a total of 113 pounds so far and I am hanging in there. I want to thank everyone for their prayers and their encouragement and I hope you continue to offer them. They mean so much to me. My family's support along with the kindness from all of my IP friends is what keeps me going. This season was an interesting one to say the least...but I am very, very proud of Kasey and all of his accomplishments and I know that 2009 will be even better for him and his team. So, GO KASEY!!!!

Oh yeah, JR's driver Landon Cassill won the rookie of the year award for the Nationwide Series. I have the article with Jr's comments on my blog. One more game! Like I said, if they win the last two games (Indiana and Michigan State), not only will they go to the Rose Bowl, but they will also win the Big Ten Championship. So we'll see, what surprised me that they didn't put Pat Devlin in the game at all. Hmm, kinda odd.

They worked so hard up to this point and they lost by one point!! Although we're upset here in Danville, my Mom did say that if they bounce back and win the last two they still have a shot at the Rose Bowl. Either way, they will go to a bowl game, and ha ha!!! Michigan won't! The last two games are at home, and you know how rowdy the crowds are at home games. We'll see! Hopefully tomorrow will be a good day for Junior and it'll help us forget about our hurting Lions for a few hours. WE (STILL) ARE PENN STATE!!

Anyway, at least we have this weekend to look forward to! Brad Keselowski did awesome on Sunday! He was a lap down, but he finished 19th (one position ahead of Dale Jr) and did a lot better than Joey Lagano. (who finished a lap down and in 40th) I got one word for Joey and that word is "OVER-RATED!!" Anyway, two races left, and a few more PSU games. WE ARE PENN STATE!!!
