ABOUT ME
Introduction When will Harley Davidson sponsor a car? NASCAR, my Harley (and no, not a Sportster), living life to its max are what I love, and of course, my husband the most!! I work in a hospital mainly with
cancer patients. They remind me to live life daily like it is my last. Sunday, August 24 was the 4th annual Hendrick Charity Ride. Here are the pics.
VooDoo Ride was at JRM and I won a bottle of their wheel and tire cleaner! My Softail's whitewalls needed it so bad . IT WORKS!! What's so ironic is I kept asking them what they had to
clean my whitewalls. Two hours later I won a bottle of it through a radio station's drawing. Well, I was excited....(lol)

___________________________________________________________________ Lowes Motor Speedway ROCKS. Rode my Harley for the 20 minute ride. National Guard's vendor space was awesome. I had my pic
taken with the National Guard 88 car and the Guard has it set that you view the images online. Any pic you take w/the 88 is online. How cool!! Saw Kenny Wallace and the SPEED crew and was on live
TV with the rest of the crazy NASCAR fans! This was all in one hour. Came home to collect my husband and go back for the All Star Race. Pics to come...
___________________________________________________________________ What an AWESOME show last night. Dirks Bentley puts on a great show and knows how to entertain an audience. Unfortunately I
missed seeing Jr when he was out and about, oh well, next time! But, I did see Kasey Kahne and he is one good looking guy. He was just on the other side of the bar from me (in his VIP area of
course) and he looks so personable. Mom is a big fan of his so I took lots of pics for her. 
 
____________________________________________________________________ Whisky River is AWESOME. The bar rocks. During the Talledega race the bar was alive and yelling for Jr. This was more exciting
than any other bar I'd been to before. I rode the bull several times and I had a great time. I WILL learn how to ride that blasted bull. I followed Sr forever, forever until 2001, and now I pull
for Jr. Lowes Motor Speedway is 20 miles away from my house; JR Motorsports a little farther, and Hendricks near the speedway. I'm loving life and lovin 88. My url on Nascar.com is isotoper. My
husband, bless his heart, learned about racing when he met me so I taught him racing and he taught me hockey. We joke when tempers flare at the racetrack between the drivers and shoving ensues
that a "hockey game" broke out. He never told he who he pulls for until recently. He said I never asked. I love my husband. So, of course he's a Jr fan! Good thing for him. All things being fair
though, I don't pull for his hockey team. My Harley Softail gets fixed by TCX, the company that built Jrs chopper which he auctioned off for Make a Wish in 2006. The company is The Cycle Xchange
and one of the brothers that owns the shop also was on Jrs #8 pit crew. He's not with Jr now. 
My hobbies Definitely a NASCAR fan, riding my Harley, laughing, and my nerdy side likes writing about positron emission tomography.
