I guess I should explain why I'm a Gordon fan before I get bashed. I liked him before he got into Winston Cup. I know, now Nextel Cup. I was at a local track called New River Valley Speedway and he
was racing the Baby Ruth car and I picked him to win the race b/c I liked how he drove. Have liked him ever since. I started liking Dale Jr. several years ago when I saw how fast he had to grow up. I
was never a Dale Sr. fan but I did respect the man. Who wouldn't? Therefore, I'm happy about Jr.'s decison to go with HMS. I am shocked at what I've read from some of his "fans" on Junior Nation at
Nascar.com. I can't believe some will abondon him. For the ones that don't stick by him though, I wonder how they'll keep themselves from cheering for him when he's winning. Guess he had better duck
from the cans huh? I don't ever see that happening. I do actually like most of the drivers. There have been a small handful over the years that I dislike and there's a few that I will never pull for,
but only a few and I certainly have never hated any of the drivers. It hasn't been easy being a Gordon fan for these past years but somebody's gotta do it!!
More about me, I'm single, no children, two dogs, two cats. In addition to Nascar, I'm a sports nut. I like the Washington Redskins and second favorite NFL team would be Miami Dolphins. In College
Football, I'm a UVA fan even though they $uck pretty much. I like UNC Tarheels in College Basketball and the Atlanta Braves in Baseball.
