I hope everyone is having a great summer. Unfortunately my summer vacation ends next Monday when it is back to the classroom and to a room of excited middle schoolers. NOT. Oh well, I plan to enjoy the last few days of my summer watching this weekends races and soaking up my last rays of summer sun-- rain better stay away. Hugs to you all, Fay

I think everyone in the place was staring at us...lol...and well they should have been!! We were the loudest ones in the place...lol. We talked racing and discussed all of the "soon to happen" changes that will take place next year. We were all in agreement that Watkins Glen should be a fun race, and we all hope that you enjoy the race too!!! Hugs to all of our friends.(Be sure and click on all of the arrows!)

I'm starting early tonight in hopes that I can get it done by tomorrow. This is so sad. I am just not going to worry about it any more though....I guess you will get a funny from me whenever it works. I am so sorry. I love all of you and just want to be able to talk to my friends but sometimes I can't. I'm here though and love getting posts from you...so keep them coming. Have a good Monday and hugs.

So, I am going to try and get some posted to all of my friends before I leave town on Thursday. I will only be gone a couple of days and then I will be with my family on Saturday for a pool party. But I will be back on Sunday in time for the race. So I will see you then. I will try to put out a Race Day post...but I can't promise. I will miss all of you while I am gone. Now.....here's Maxine!!!!!!!!! Maxine is always in rare form while handing out compliments!! lol Did I say compliments?? I meant insults!! lol You know...she's Maxine! Can you imagine how he must have felt and what was going through his head when he heard the explosion of that tire??? Especially when he had no indication that it was going to happen. Scareyyyyyyyy!! Saturday night, the Nationwide race will begin at 8:15 ET on ESPN2...yep, another night race. Then on Sunday, the Allstate 400 cup race will be held at the Brickyard starting at 2:20 ET on ESPN. Who's gonna kiss the bricks this year??? You know who I'm pulling for, right??? lol Have a great race weekend my friends and hugs to all of you. Good luck to your drivers and..........

I was in the twin cities with my sister while her two young boys had surgery and while we were there she became quite ill and had to be taken by ambulance to one of the local hospitals. Needless to say it was a looooong week away from here and in the cities. I missed everyone. I hope everyone had a good fourth of July. Goodness, we are just days away from the 4th of July holiday too....I guess I will be spending it at home trying to get better. That would be no quality of life at all, If that ever happens, just pull the plug." So she got up, unplugged the computer, and threw out my wine. Poor Maxine....she has problems with her neighbors, friends, and people in the grocery store...lol...now it's her sister!! Thank goodness she just makes us laugh and isn't really that mean ole woman we know and love!! lol I hope you all have a good Thursday and we are just one more day closer to the weekend. Hugs.
