ABOUT ME

Introduction I work for the State of Michigan and will retire soon. I like most sports, but my favorite is NASCAR and Kevin Harvick and Jr. My favorite teams are the University of Michigan, Red Wings, Detroit Tigers and the Lions. But I also like New England Patriots. I like country music.

My hobbies I have been to Michigan (MIS) for the last 3 years and going to both races this year. I went to my first Daytona 500 in 2/2007 to see Kevin win. What a race and what a finish. I couldn't have had
a better time. I love NASCAR. My neice lives with me and her favorite drivers are Jimmie Johnson and Kasey Kahne
makes Sundays interesting.

They do go fast, but do keep your dreams of retiring and going to alot of races, I just bet you do! How about Kevin yesterday though, he did Great!! If there's one thing for sure, Kevin is going to be in the top 10!! He'll win some next season. I've been a little sick Sherrie, missed all last week of work. I'm having some dental problems and they are going to have to do some dental surgery on me in a couple of weeks so they are preparing my gums and teeth, and killing me. They gave me pain pills and low and behold I was allergic to them, and got Bad Sick. So I'm looking forward to getting this behind me.... Well, we have to keep in touch and do know that I have enjoyed your friendship and only want it to continue. It won't be easy getting cranked back up again. I have been working so hard lately, but always happy because I don't have to worry about work. I voted yesterday because I knew that today would be a mad house, and probably have to stand in line all day. Other than working hard I'm doing great. You asked about the new man in my life, it is going well. He is very awesome, and so easy to be with. We have known each other for probably 18 years, so we know so much about each other, and we have so much in common. I never dreamed that we would date, but it is probably the most enjoyable dating I have ever done. Keep my fingers crossed it grows and grows. As we get older we get more set in our ways, so it isn't easy to form relationships. Most have alot of hurt feelings from their past so they are too afraid to get in another relationship. I know you must know all about this, so when you do find someone, you try to make it fun and slow, and hold your breathe, ha! Kevin did pretty good this week, he certainly gives them their moneys worth. Well, I better get to work, just wanted to wish you a good week. Hugs, Karen

I had some friends leave for there yesterday. Everyone loves to go see the leaves change colors, we don't get to see much of that down here. Plus the beautiful mountains. We've been having like 80 degrees in the day and 75 at night. But they are saying maybe Tuesday and Wednesday it will get much cooler, it would be nice.
