Introduction My dad got me into NASCAR when I was really little, he would always taped the races and then I would stay up and watch them with him.for the past 3 years I went to Indianapolis. My favorite drivers are Dale Jr., Martin Truex Jr.,Jeff Burton, Tony Stewart, Clint Bowyer, Kasey Kahne, Matt Kenseth, Jimmie Johnson and on the Nationwide side I like Brad Keselowski and Landon Cassill. I am also a hockey fan and I like the Buffalo Sabres.

Well the racing season has come to a end CONGRATS to Jimmie and team I was thrilled to see him get the 3 peat. We only have 86 more days until the 500 and a clean slate hopefully my man will be there at the end next year holding the trophy I got kind of bored(there's that word again) towards the end was ready for this year to end I'm hoping for an exciting year to come in NASCAR. I wish a Happy Thanksgiving to you all not sure when I will poke my head back in but enjoy your Holiday I know I will I love Thanksgiving delicious food potatoes,squash,rolls, salad,deserts I skip the turkey though I'm a vegeitarian but I see me gaining some pounds this month lol. We are having bad weather early this year, sure hope that isn’t warning us we are going to have a bad winter. So have you started your Christmas shopping, I have started..but that’s about it..just cant get in the mood for some reason this year, maybe it will hit me after Thanksgiving..its hard when you walk into a store and see Christmas decoration before Halloween was over… Have a gr88 weekend…I guess we will be watching football on Sunday…lol Sending hugs your way. Our city was not ready for it either..lots of accidents today according to the news. You would think when people sees snow on the roads and school was delayed today, they would slow down and take it easy…but NO..some keeps on traveling to fast and accidents occur…so silly!! And he is already making plans to make it happen...see the look on his face?? I would like to wish all drivers a safe and eventful race at Homestead on Sunday. My friend Diana (Mattyk) is helping me once again post to all of my friends as it is still a little trying for me to do it myself. I have lost a total of 113 pounds so far and I am hanging in there. I want to thank everyone for their prayers and their encouragement and I hope you continue to offer them. They mean so much to me. My family's support along with the kindness from all of my IP friends is what keeps me going. This season was an interesting one to say the least...but I am very, very proud of Kasey and all of his accomplishments and I know that 2009 will be even better for him and his team. So, GO KASEY!!!!

Going to be an emotional day for Tony Stewart..but he is moving on to bigger and better things. I understand how most of the Tony fans are feeling..been there done that last year. krazy88fan Vicki, 37, from PA Ip proud member (1775 posts) Last online: Dec 16 2007 Posted: Nov 15 2008 Report	Wow....Where did the year go???....It was just like it was yesterday that we were counting down the minutes and seconds to a new team and a new outlook for Dale Jr starting his first season with HMS at Daytona in February....And now we're hours away from the last race of the 2008 season....Goals were met with Jr's new team---winning a race (plus 2 non-point races right away off the bat!!!) and making the Chase....For being a new team, the #88 team definitely made their mark and they will make an even bigger mark next year when they go for the Championship!!!....Enjoy the last race of 2008.... Have a gr88t weekend and here's to keeping each other from going crazy during the off-season----it will be even longer with NO Preseason Testing at Daytona in January----Take care~~~Vicki

My special thanks to Jeff Garvin, photographer for TSRS (Texas Super Racing Series) and who also covers TMS occasionally for Nascar. Matt's car pic was taken at the recent TMS race this fall. Well, another season has come and will soon be gone, but hopefully all of you will still be gathering right here on IP during the Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, and Valentine holidays to share your family and personal news with us!! We did have a good trip and very nice visit with my brother and sister in laws…hubby enjoyed spending time with his brothers.
