This is my old friend Ellis Palasini from Leland, MS (actually Longswitch, MS). He was known as The Man in Black. I was a friend of his son, Butch, and we used to go with Ellis to his races. The man was a legend all over the South on asphalt short tracks. He has a neat little website at www.epv8.com.
